Business Model: This project was for a Realtor that needed a site with the flexibility to add properties, descriptions and unlimited pictures in various flash formats to offer certain properties for sale. Our client needed to get away from a turnkey system that charged a hefty monthly fee and offered limited functions and features. Now our client can add as many pages, pictures and content as needed, and was trained on how to do so – promoting his webmaster independence. Additionally, a newsletter feature was needed to offer a means to easily communicate with potential buyers, investors and others that would facilitate a real estate transaction.
